Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is right across from the airport bus stop in the heart of downtown Charlotte. The rooms were excellent - clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, though slightly further from the center. The dining experience was below par, and the breakfast was not impressive. Overall, a good value for money option.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room had a beautiful view of the city center, and the well-equipped kitchen was a great bonus. The bed was super comfy, and the spacious bathroom was pristine. The only drawback was the slightly early breakfast time which felt rushed for a relaxing start to the day.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful with a great view of the city center, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom where everything was neatly in place. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff anticipating our needs without us even having to say a word. While the location was slightly further from the very center of town, it was still easily accessible, and the proximity to Spectrum Stadium and the airport bus stop in Charlotte downtown was a major plus. The dining experience left something to be desired, with breakfast options lacking taste and satisfaction despite being included in the room price.
