The hotel is right across from the airport bus stop in the heart of downtown Charlotte. The rooms were excellent - clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room had a beautiful view of the city center, and the well-equipped kitchen was a great bonus.
